Shipping

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DYRRT purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your pillow, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at daria@dyrrt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
